Cookie Policy
This page explains the cookies Turn Vacations uses, why we use them and how you can control them. For everything else about your data, see our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in. Others help us count visitors or show ads. Similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, work in much the same way, and this policy covers them too.

Affiliate cookies
When you click an affiliate link to a booking site, hotel platform or retailer such as Amazon, that company sets its own cookie on its own website. The cookie records that you came from Turn Vacations so it can credit us if you make a booking or purchase. These cookies follow the partner's own policy and usually last from 24 hours to 30 days.
Third parties can rename their cookies or change how long they last. We review this list when we add or remove a service.
Managing cookies
- Our cookie banner: visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked before any analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
- Your browser: every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. Look under Settings, then Privacy.
- Ad opt-outs: you can manage Google ads at My Ad Center, or opt out of many other vendors at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.
- Analytics opt-out: use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies.
Blocking cookies won't stop you reading any article. You may still see ads, but they won't be based on your browsing.
